Yin for the Hips (45min) | REHAB & RESTORATIVE
30-45 Minutes

Get comfy and wind down with this slow moving Yin Yoga practice. We hold each shape for about three minutes, and really dive into letting go. I suggest being warm and comfy, having some cushions and pillows nearby to support you in these shapes. We will mostly focus on releasing the hips, and this sequence felt really good for my body after a several days of commuting on my bike. A note on long holds: try not to push as deep into these shapes as you would in a shorter style of stretching.
Equipment: cushions/blocks/bolsters/blankets.

30 Minute Flow | YOGA
This breath-based sequence focuses on full body activation and stretching; great way to build some heat and get your body moving.
Equipment: Just room to move, but you'll see me using blocks: they can be handy, especially if you are finding stepping forward from Down Dog challenging like I do. ...
