A great way to wrap up a Strength or HIIT session, or after a jog or walk. We move through most of the major muscle groups in the body, helping to calm the body back down after more vigorous exercise, allowing space for breath. Also great as a mini stretch cycle in the midst of a busy day!
Equipment: None needed, but I use blocks because I find them helpful. Use a pillow under your knee if you find the kneeling lunge uncomfortable.
