Hope you are ready for this one! This full body workout uses complex Kettlebell movements to hone in on core stability and muscular endurance, while challenging the body in multiple planes of motion. You’ll only need one Kettlebell, but you will want one that you can comfortably lift and hold overhead, as you will be challenging your shoulders through a wide range of motion. The first set of four exercises acts as a warm up, preparing you for the more dynamic motions of the second set. The Turkish Get-ups at the end really snuck up on me, so make sure you take your time with those, and build up to it gradually.
