Just did my first workout from Jeff. I chose the 30 min HIIT and I think it was the perfect place for me to start! I had never seen shoulder taps done that way, but I liked it and I think I will feel it tomorrow. I forgot how addictive endorphins are, and accordingly I am looking forward to my next workout :)
