Kettlebells Ladder Drill for Power and Stability (18 min) | STRENGTH

18m
These explosive, powerful movements will push you to the limits! I'll tell you, this one wore me out, so expect a good challenge to your endurance. With this ladder drill, we will be starting with x10 reps of each exercise in the set. Then for each subsequent set, we will be doing 2 less reps. So pick a challenging weight, but one that you can press overhead. By harnessing the momentum of the kettlebell through these movements, we will really be working our core stability and balance. Unsurprisingly, there is some cardio built in for good measure. As always, prioritize good form over lifting heavy or completing every single rep. I recommend a thorough warm up and cool down with this one.
Sets: x10e, x8e, x6e, x4e, x2e
-SA Swing
-Clean-Lunge-OH Press
-KB Burpee
-Cossack Squat
Equipment: Kettlebell that you can properly press overhead (you could get away with a dumbbell for this one).
Intensity Level: Challenging!
