If you want to dive into a quick yoga practice that pushes your opportunity to work hard and play with balance, but you don't have a lot of time, this is a great fit. In this sequence we will keep things moving, with rapid transitions between poses, and a few more complicated postures thrown in the mix. This sequence is intended to work the whole body, and challenge your breathing. Have fun, take breaks when you need, and always explore!
Equipment: Though blocks and straps may be helpful, they aren't strictly necessary.
