What is this upside down V you speak of? I think the first yoga class I ever went into, I was trying to force my body into what I was sure was the most uncomfortable position ever, when the teacher at the front of the room announced that this was meant to be a resting pose. It comes up a lot, and in this video I try to explain how to best apply your efforts in this shape.
Equipment: I find having my hands on blocks helpful, but try with and without.
