Stuck at home, limited space or equipment, or need a versatile travel option for your workout? Bands are a great fitness tool for all of these needs. In this video I'll show you how to get a great full body work out in with just one simple piece of equipment. In each set, expect an upper body push, an upper body pull, and a leg exercise (with a little bit of cardio sprinkled in just for fun).
For the sake of accessibility, I anchor the band with my own body for this video; however, you could just as easily wrap the band around a pole, a railing, or pick up a handy attachment point that you slide under a closed door. I just wrap it around my motorcycle tire for an easy exercise option when I am on the road.
You can pick these bands up at most fitness supply shops. I am using a sleeved band, and I get my gear locally from Kevin and Kevin at Flaman Fitness on West 4th:
