This workout will get your strength dailed in fast. I love working with the stability ball (also know as a Swiss Ball). It really makes it hard to cheat on core exercises, and puts a heavy demand on your deep core stability. Double that with a heavy set of dumbbells, and you’ll be sweating in no time.
I recommend a thorough warm up before you get going with this
Equipment: Stability Ball, 1+ set of dumbbells (you could also use a chair for a lot of these exercises if you don’t have a stability ball).
Intensity Level: Gentle/Moderate/Challenging!
